Terrific studio in the city centre (Art 2)

Positive: The rented flat ZR 2 does not correspond to the photos on booking.com. There was no sofa, no table and only one armchair for two people, apart from two bar stools without backrests. The bed was a far cry from the box-spring bed with headboard shown in internet, instead it looks rather shabby, as does the rest. The lamp could only be operated with a plug in or out, the bathtub was not cleaned, the water in the sink did not drain, etc. A cosy stay was not possible there... We contacted the landlord and he apologised, that ‘...the technician in charge had an emergency...’ So we had bad luck...?! All together the conversation was very unpersonal, the language changed, I suspected it was a KI and not a real person. I really can't recommend this accommodation.
